SHOW NO. 94 - (Jan 25th, 2023)
In this episode, we remember our beloved talk show co-host Shawn O’Connor, who passed away January 17th, 2023, and the lifetime of contributions he made to preserve and defend freedom, due process of law and the rule of law. Attorney Larry Becraft also provides detailed explanations and illustrations of the genesis of the federal income tax statutes and regulations from 1913 through the present. In particular, Larry describes the manner in which the term “income” has been defined in federal law since 1913 and the impact of that definition in federal tax law. Larry further explains and illustrates how the wording in the earlier definitions has been deleted so that the wording in later/recent/current definitions deceives the public as to what the constitutional definition of “income” actually is and what items are and what items are not “income” that could be subject to income taxation.

Robert “Bob” Schulz recounts years of defending the federal and state constitutions, particularly in connection with aspects of the federal income tax system. We drill down further into Bob’s efforts and the slimy and illegal tactics the IRS and Department of Justice have engage in to prevent the American people from realizing the power of their God-given and constitutionally protected right to petition government for a redress of grievances. You won’t believe how far the feds will go to silence this man and keep the American people in the dark.
